Are our hot sauces allergen free ?

In order to make things work, we share a facility that processes all allergens. Before we run a production batch, the shared equipment (heating tanks) are thoroughly cleaned to reduce cross contamination with allergens that other products may contain, the rest of the equipments is solely used for our hot sauce manufacturing. 

Where does our hot sauces rank on the Scoville scale ?

We have not done any testings regarding the Scoville levels. It would be hard to always have an exact number since every season the peppers change heat level depending on growing conditions, region, weather, soil, etc.

Do we offer a bigger presentation ?

Currently we are only able to manufacture the 147ml presentation as our equipment only allows us to bottle that size. We are hoping to be able to improve our service day by day.

Do we sell directly to individuals locally ?

We operate as a business to business (B2B) company. We are not set up to sell to individuals.
